The Voice of Voiceless

Yesterday, I read an article in The Hindu, about former President K.R.Narayanan. It was an interesting article, about the Statement’s reminiscence of his childhood days. It was an unfolding story of a Dalit boy humiliated at every step of his journey. We have to praise his effort revolting against the deprivation and feudalism. His commitments towards - alleviation of Poverty, Education, Environment, human rights are commendable. I doubt if any Presidents ever had made such commitments to human rights and poverty alleviation as Narayanan during his tenure.
